The Borrowing Cupboard provides used mobility and home care equipment on an “as-is borrowing” basis that is free of charge. Clients will be required to provide a security deposit at the time of pickup of the equipment and, providing that the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be returned at the time of drop off of the equipment. The acceptance of a security deposit shall in no way be construed as a transaction or contract for the use of the equipment borrowed. The Borrowing Cupboard assumes no liability for any use of the equipment by the client.
