Here's How It Works
1. Contact Us
Contact us by phone at 807-456-9500 or use our Contact Us page and tell us what you need, when you need it and for how long.
2. Equipment Selection
We'll try to match your needs with equipment in our inventory. If we don't have it, we can help you find it. Check with a rehab professional or occupational therapist for the right equipment for your needs.
3. Arrange to Pick Up Equipment
One of our volunteers will arrange to meet you at our office to pickup equipment you wish to borrow [or we can make special arrangements to drop the equipment off to you]. They'll have you fill out a loan form and collect a refundable deposit for each piece of equipment borrowed.
4. Return the Equipment When You're Done
When you're finished, contact us to arrange a time to drop off the equipment you borrowed. We'll check the equipment back in and as long as it's all there and in good shape, we'll return your deposit.
While the cost to borrow our equipment is free, please consider a donation - no matter how small - when returning equipment. Simply let us know how much of your deposit you'd like to leave as a donation.
5. Please Consider a Donation
We're a non-profit organization that relies on cash donations to keep our operation going. Every donation - no matter how small - helps us defray the costs of cleaning returned equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment and the purchase of new equipment.
